Community Projects

Building confidence through creativity, communication and digital storytelling

The Badger’s Stripes is developing community-focused digital and creative projects designed to help people, organisations and local groups feel more confident communicating, participating and sharing ideas online.

What a community project could look like

Community projects are about working with people, groups and organisations to create something useful, interesting or engaging.

That might mean helping a local organisation tell its story through video, working with a community group to build confidence using digital content, or creating a project that gives people a chance to share their experiences and ideas.

  • Local storytelling – capturing the people, places and stories that make a community interesting.
  • Community video projects – helping groups create their own authentic video content.
  • Digital confidence – giving people the confidence to participate and communicate online.
  • Creative collaboration – bringing people together to experiment, create and share.
  • Community conversations – using video, livestreams and other formats to give people a voice.

“Helping people feel more confident sharing stories online.”

Why community storytelling matters

Every community has stories worth telling.

But the people and organisations behind those stories don’t always have the confidence, skills or resources to share them effectively online.

The Badger’s Stripes aims to help bridge that gap – making digital communication more accessible, practical and human.

Projects in development

The Badger’s Stripes is still growing, and new community-focused projects will develop over time.

These could include:

  • projects that help local organisations reach new audiences
  • local storytelling projects
  • community video and livestream projects
  • digital confidence sessions
  • creative workshops
  • community conversations

Have a community idea?

If you’re part of a community organisation, local group, charity or initiative and have an idea you’d like to explore, let’s have a conversation.
