A place for digital confidence, creativity and community support

The Badger’s Stripes is a community-focused platform helping people feel more confident using video, livestreams, storytelling and digital communication creatively and positively.
The project was created to support individuals, community groups and organisations who may feel unsure about presenting online, creating content or navigating an increasingly digital world.
Through workshops, webinars, videos and practical guidance, The Badger’s Stripes aims to create supportive and approachable spaces where people feel more confident sharing ideas, communicating online and participating in digital communities.
About Rich
Hi, I’m Rich.

With over 20 years working in technology, communication and digital transformation across the NHS, local government and the private sector, as well as experience as a monetised YouTuber – creating YouTube content that’s grown a genuine, engaged audience, running community projects and coaching people through new challenges. I know what it takes to help people feel more confident in digital spaces because I’ve built that confidence myself, in public, in real time.
I have a background in technology, communication, project delivery and digital content creation. Over the years I’ve become increasingly passionate about helping people, community groups, and organisations feel more confident using digital tools, video and storytelling to communicate and connect online.
Alongside creating videos and livestreams, I’m particularly interested in:
- digital confidence
- communication and creativity
- community storytelling
- helping people feel more confident presenting online
- practical ways to use video and livestreaming accessibility
The Badger’s Stripes brings those interests together through workshops, webinars, videos and community-focused digital storytelling projects designed to encourage confidence, participation and creativity online.
