About Rich
Hi, I’m Rich.
I have over 20 years’ experience working across technology, communication, project delivery and digital transformation, alongside years of creating my own video content, livestreams and online communities.
I’ve learned how to communicate in very different environments – from professional projects to community organisations and my own YouTube and social media channels.
But I’ve also learned that confidence doesn’t come from having the perfect equipment or knowing every new platform. It comes from understanding what you’re trying to achieve, knowing who you’re talking to and having the confidence to put yourself out there. That’s what I want to help other people do.
I have a background in technology, communication, project delivery and digital content creation. Over the years I’ve become increasingly passionate about helping people, community groups, and organisations feel more confident using digital tools, video and storytelling to communicate and connect online.
